Engine Mounts + KTR Performance Pack 2

Hi guys, I'm getting the KTR performance pack 2 in Feb, and I'm not sure whether it will be more cost effective to ask them to replace my engine mounts at the same time. What they will be doing is matching the inlets, so would this be a cost effective way of getting the mounts done at the same time whilst they are at it?

or will it be a completely separate job altogether, if so I could just leave it for a while..
