Engine Oil 1.2 16v and service

Dip

  04 Clio 16V Dynamique
I was hoping someone could shed light on the Full Synthetic oils and my next service.Just read through the posts sourced Opie Oils, and went down to Halfrauds as I need to top up.
Bought what the car had been serviced with (10w-40). But with all the choice available what would people recommend for the next service?
I bought the with 15k in Sept and have done 24k already. Last service was 10/06 at 12k.
But as I've done a lot of motorway miles should I get it serviced sooner?
Reading on the board in halfrauds I found that fully synthetic stuff got better fuel economy is this proven?

Thanks.

Speak to Oilman on here, he can get you any oil you need. 1.2s are fine with any decent semi/fully synth 10w40.

Your service intervals are 18k or 2 years whichever is soonest, ideally you want to get a stamp in the book at each service, IMO (and most people on here do it) its best to get the oil changed atleast every 9k/1 year, basically half of whatever the service intervals are, you can never do too many oil changes!
