engine overhaul

Hi, I recently replaced my very very high milage engine (on lpg) for a low milage engine (+ cambelt etc change.)
I now have a spare engine.
Where can i get the torque and angle data ?? For a rebuild? Dialogs ?? Is there a manual AND DATA for the F4R?

Where best to get parts from pistons rings etc ?? probaly not renault

The engine ran fine with little oil consumption .It's abused ass f**k. Skimmig the head , can I do this or not on this engine ?? I never done this type before...
