engine swap

hey guys i have a 2000 reg 1.4 8v and im looking to upgrade it to a 16v, ive found a 1.4 16v out of a 2002 reg clio but my only problem is will it fit??
any advice would be great

yea im pretty sure it is, the current engine is reaching the 120k mark, the heads just gone again so a new engine with only 32k on it seems the better option, the new engine comes complete with steering rack, suspension, subframe, gearbox ecu etc all still attatched so it should be easyer to fit. will the engine mounts be the same?

engine will fit looms need swopping though for simplicity unless you want a challenge.

IMo sort out why the head has gone as 120k is nothing.
