Engine ticking

Good day all,

I've got an annoying ticking when engine is at running temp. I've had the Belts, de-phaser and plugs done. Engine has done 92k, if anyone has any ideas/solutions, I would be most grateful!!

Cheers for getting back to me Fred, that what I was thinking. I was thinking of putting a low mileage motor into it, dont suppose you know someone that will do removal and fitting? Also, will a 182 fit into a 172 engine bay?
