Engine vibration and clutch noise!

Hi just been out in the 182 and its developed a horrible vibration from the engine when driving and when stationary! Also noticed a noise that sounds like the relese bearing that gets worse when i press the clutch. Im thinging maybe the release bearing or a broken clutch cover! I also found a small peice of metal on the top of the gearbox that looked like a part of the bearing! It still drives ok apart from the vibration! Any ideas?? Rather gutted if im honest!

don't sound to good,i wouldn't drive it anymore, mite do more damage,
there is a guy on here called fred ask him,hes a mechanic works on clios.

No im not driving it anymore. Going to pull the box out this week and have a look! Im 80% sure its the clutch!
