engine warm

i know 1st thing in morning car takes ages to get going and u shuldnt raz it, i normally wait 10 mins before i go above 4000 revs.

but if i came back off the motorway (1hr journey) at 6pm and went back out at say 7.30 would i still need to warm engine up, i know external temp has part but i dunno

aye in 90mins it will have cooled down. Forget the temp gauge, its water temp.

at this time of year with the cold the engines obv cool down quicker (funny that!)

so id still 'warm' it up again
