Entourage 2004 problem

Getting the following message when I try and open emails in Entourage

"There is not enough memory to display the entire contents of this message"

Any ideas, a mate said try clearing the cache but I don't know where it is.

Any ideas?

Cheers for that but no, it's when I actually go to open a message that i get the error message come up.

I'm going to try emptying the inbox cache tomorrow and see if that does the trick.
