I once advised the missus when she went to her first taste of karting.

"dont EVER let off the gas unless you're about to crash"


She promptly wrote off 3 karts in the first lap, as I skipped around the outside into the lead which I held until the flag.

Hello all,

Just to confirm as the track forgot to tell me this we have to be there by 12 for a breifing at 12.15.

I didn't get a reply from Matty_N so I filled the space with a friend (same guy who came paintballing if anyone remembers).

Jim and Tony are paying on the day. So now we are all spoken for and can look forward to next week! I'll edit the first post to show the correct arrival times etc. Thanks to everyone for committing and paying on time, I wasn't sure we'd make the track minimum so I'm chuffed we'll have a full race!

Thanks to the ballast penalty on my kart, I'll barely be off the line as you all pile up.

THen it's just a case of 50 minutes of casual sunday driving to a "classic" victory.

Just wondering how the circuit powers will take to me covering the thing in Insulating tape pre-qualifying though.
