Evo is about to turn 100 issues old and are doing a readers pole of the greatest performance cars- 'the Evo 100'.

Renault Sports are very well represented (as IMO they should be) in the shortlist with the 5 Turbo, Williams, 182/Trophy and V6 in the hot hatch section.

Good stuff. I had the Carlton too, F40, GT3 etc.

missed the F40 - 'wicked' motor - I remember seeing a 'thrashed' road-legal one in the pits at Silverstone with black wheels (brake dust) and really really severe gravel rash, fly splats & cracked head lights - road rally look - so so cool!
