Who's was the R8?

It belonged to a decent enough bloke who pleaded with me to swap my 182 for his R8.

Of course, I said no, but did have 2nd thoughts when he said he'd pay for the petrol as well.

He was in with the R8 mob. There was an Elise and also a yellow Westfield there too (which I should have taken a picture of, tbh). Chatted to the Westy owner for a bit - there was only me that seemed interested in it - lol!

He came the opposite way to us later on the Triangle at full chat. That side-exit exhaust sounded amazing. 0-60 in approx 4.5secs, iirc. :approve:

:approve: THANK-YOU - that'd be mine..!! I love the colour combo on it too, hard to believe I spent ages deliberating on whether to go for black pods and wheels..! It's all about to change anyway...got made redundant 4 weeks ago and about to have the Vee 'stickered-up' to promote my new business venture...

My thoughts are the Vee gets atttention anyway, advertise the business on it and hopefully it will work for more business coming my way..!

Time will tell I guess...!! Mmmmm....wonder if I would get spotted more..! haha!

Nah - I love the Vee and everything about it. But I'd miss the chuckability of the 182 - I just know I would.

And besides, we had his & hers 182s for a while. I think his & hers Vee's would be a bit too much.
