Ex driving instuctor car

  Lupo GTI
My old clio was owned by a driving instructor before myself.
The car had the strip on the roof where the advertising used to sit on (that funny triangle thing they have on the top).

Before selling it i've decided to remove it, I've got the majority of the glue / magnetic strip off using a toffee block (guy at local body shop told me to use one) but there's still like a little layer which wont remove using this.

It looks like glue, I was wondering if anyone had any idea's on how to remove this? or if anybody has remove this before and how did they do it.

you could try tar remover or even neat fuel although you might need to polish it afterwards

ps. how's your clutch?!

haha, its no longer my car.
But the clutch had been done just before I bought it so its about a year old now and only been driven by me.
I was thinking of getting some tar remover, are they all the same strength?
