Use excel at work as the log of business we do, when I want to search for a client I can either filter through their surname or the name of the broker who submitted the case.
Sometimes when i filter for surname "James" it doesnt find who I am looking for, yet if i know the brokers name who sent us the business , i can filter via that , and then it will find the entry for "James".
Anyone know why this is, barring the fact that its Microsoft produced!!
