A customer of mine has bought a new domain name, which I'm managing as well, and want to change all their outgoing mail and mail accounts to reflect this change.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this.

Its Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003. They are only a small business so would like to do today/tomorrow.

Wouldn't you just make the relevent changes to their MX records, assuming they don't use Message Labs then alter the settings in the Virtual SMTP connector.

ESM>Administrative Groups>First Admin Group>Servers>(server name)>protocols>SMTP virual server

Poke around in there, you are bound to find what needs to be changed, that's what I do. lol

If you are refering to changing their actual email addresses in one go then that's easy. Go into recipients and then recipient policy and add the new address in there. Everyone should then get a new address.
