Exhaust cleaning Products

  Vee dub

What do people use to clean and polish up the ol exhaust pipes then?

Know of any good products?

Tom

I use silvo, works wonders on the black crap and any spots. Gives it a lovely shine too.

A guy at work has got a motorbike with loads of chrome on it and he swears by pledge furniture polish, and his bike is always shiney. He says it gets bugs off too!

I use Auto Glym silver polish. Got it from Motor world or Halfords. Its a cream that you put on, leave to dry and then polish off.

Hope that helps mate

PS hows the valver going

I use alloy wheel cleaner and they come up sparkling like new. Just spray on, leave a few mins then rinse off - couldnt be easier!

I just use t-cut! Mines got a bit of an orange tinge to it, as I cleaned it today (sat) for the first time since b4 the bristol meet! and as you know, the amount of high revving fumes that pass through my exhaust.... itll never get properly clean!;)
