Exhaust help

Just taken my car out for a bit of a ragging, just to get all the sh*t out the system before MOT time, as its just been idling in a garage every few weeks, i put on a new backbox, was coming out of a tunnel, then all of a sudden i start hearing this scraping, i slow down, get out n check, find out its banging up against some sorta tow hook right by the exhaust, it seems its dropped back, is there any way i can stop this from happening as it goes in for its MOT and it just sounds not healthy at all. thanks in advance

wont fail the mot for it. Cant you try and adjust the back box position or use a few cable ties around the rubber mounts to pull it away from the towing eye. you could adjust the centre section as well then the back box after to see if that helps.

ahhhh cable ties, ill do that 2moro morning, i was proper sh*tting myself when i heard this tapping, really sounded like scraping, thought my midsection clamp and backbox pipe were dragging on the floor lol

i gotta tighten that clamp 2moro otherwise itll fail for blowing, cable ties should stop the mounts from even attempting to fall off as they dont look so secure at the moment
