Exhaust manifold on 1.2 Mk1

There a a hot air feed going from manifold cover to the air intake, is it ok to remove this?

Also is it ok to remove the exhaust manifold cover? I is held on by 3 pretty mean looking bolts.

yea it ok to remove it

i tried to remove my manifold cover today and the bolts are stuck solid and will not move without being stripped.

if you can remove yours, lucky you mate

Well see, prob is you cant really spray it wiht WD-40, or can you?

Well see what my Draper Expert Hi-Torq Expert Socket Set makes of it (there we are the Draper rep sed i could only have ti cheap if i plugged their products at every opertunity)
