Exhaust Monitor Warning Light !!!!!!!!!!!!

  Racing Blue 182 Cup
Ok had the 182 for over a year now and is completely standard. My issue is when the weather turns cold (it was minus tonight) my warning light comes on then clears in a few days. I have searched and there is a lot of talk about fuel. For me this is not the case as I have used nothing but V Power since I've owned the car. All year, bar winter, the light never appears only when the cold weather comes do I have the issue. I don't want to fork out on new sensors as its fine 95% of the year. My main concern is I have a MOT coming up and don't want to fail because of the light?? Can I clean the sensors? If so what with? Does anyone else have this issue only at this time of year? Any info much appreciated.

Mine was on a few weeks...take it for a good long m-way run and it should disappear.

Buy a £20 obd code reader on ebay and just use that

If its on the day of mot just turn it off before you go into have it done
