Exhaust options?

Will a ph2 exhaust fit on a ph1 172, I know the extra lambda sensor hole will be in the decat but can it just be bunged up somehow? Is there any other problems?

I think the cat size is different. Pretty sure it will fit but need to adjust the centre hanger iirc

The Ph1 cat is shorter, so the Ph2 exhaust wont fit.

Stick a Ph2 Cat on the Ph1 and your golden.

Edit: If you have a Ph2 Exhaust INC Decat then it will be absolutely fine. Have fun undoing the bolts on the manifold to cat. Is a right pain.
