Hi I've got a 182

going to get the cat removed TOMORROW for performance purposes but does it bring in engine management light on? will it put it into a home safe mode and if so how do I get round this?

My mate took his cat off his 182, didn't go into safe mode, but the warning light did come on the dash.

The exhaust emissions light may come on but you can ignore it. It wont trigger the car into safe mode.
