Im after a back box for my 1.4 rt, whats the best one to go for and where is best to get it fitted?

I dont want one too loud becuase I do a lot of motorway driving, but I want it to give a good roar when u open the throttle up a bit.

So does anyone have any suggestions?

I just rang top gear and they want about 140 for a powerflow, fully fitted inc vat, are these any good?

some are but depends on the place installin it, plenty of complaints bout dodgey welding etc.

what sort of stlye do u want?

powerflow r quality mate, i had a peco exhaust on my old clio n it didnt sound anywhere near as good as my powerflow one.

whats it like for motorway driving pal and at idle?

could always get a side exit thats beefy, lil bit loud and only 4 clios have got it and 3 of them being GTT conversions.

Motorway drivin is ok at 70mph but if u drop a gear the person next to ya gets a bit of a shock
