has anyone any idea of how to make a scorpion de-cat exhaust system quiter?

sell the exhaust, get a cat for it or just man up

get a decat pipe fitted with a silencer.

If its too loud Just get a cat, dont see the point of silanced decat as they dont do anything meaningfull (just noise) unless you have a highly tuned engine.
