Expandy foam!! Sound deadening!!

Am fitting some new door cards and replacing the rear cards too!!

im gonna get some of that Flashing Tape and was wondering if its ok to fill the arch with expandy foam??

Have just been and bought some Marley Tape and 8m of 100mm thich loft insulation instead!!

expanding foam is good for areas like boot lid ect - but as long as there is no soft material ect it should be ok - just use it spearingly!!! - dont hold me to itr if it doesnt work!!!

Its all sorted mate!

A whole roll of Marley tape and 8 meters of loft insulation behind the rear cards alone!! Is well solid now and not tinny when you tap it from outside like it used to be!!
