EXPERT HELP NEEDED PLEASE - ECU Fault codes.

So my car had it's service recently. My mechanic/mate checked for fault codes as I was having some problems with dash lights. A few faults popped up which he doesn't know too much about. I'm not sure on the exact info or details as my dad collected the car and spoke to him.

He wrote them down for me though, along with a brief comment as to what they are I think.

Could anyone else confirm for me me what these are, how I can get rid/fix them please ??

Any help appreciated. To note, the car drives and feels fine. Apart from maybe a clunky brake pedal on start up. Oh and also I can't get the cruise control to work !?

Below is what he wrote down for me. Might have relayed some of it wrong from miss reading his handwriting. Means nothing to me :)

301 - Brake pedal sensor circuit
309 - Cruise control / speed limiter - steering wheel controls
309 - Cruise control / speed limiter - brake pedal switches
(ABS engine management)

66 - Injection multiplexed sign missing.
152 - Multiplexed network - apply network fault finding procedure
76 - Steering wheel angle sensor circuit.
(Air Bag)

Cheers chaps

Those codes mean nothing to me. What did he use to read the car with an old Snap-On brick?

LOL absolutely no idea mate!! Didn't even know myself that different code readers would show different things though :S I assumed that the code would be the code, no matter what you used to read it..

In the old days codes were machine/manufacturer specific and the descriptions, whilst in the same area, could be misleading.

It would appear you have a few issues:

Brake pedal switch (mega common)
SAS (fairly common with age)
Can-Signal (needs further investigation)
