Apparently there never was any scratch on the wing, just a couple of small ones on the front near side of the bonnet. (chinese wispers about the "deep scratch" on the wing).
I never sore the car but the dealer rejected it because of this and the fact it had 40 miles on the clock, apparently this is correct milage for most V6s, because they go through a very extensive PDI.
So it looks like im gonna get this car after all, just got to view it myself next week in the show room and make sure im satisfied with it!
