f**king Xbox - Media issue

So... I've got some .mp4 files i want to play. But the xbox won't play them. It gies me some stupid error message that isn't even listed on the support site.


Any idea why it wouldn't play them?

How you trying to play them?

Laptop / PC > XBox?

If so, you using the Media Centre or the Video player on the dash?

have you installed the optional media update thing?

i had it installed but wouldn't play a video i had be a reinstall sorted it

Yeah i do have it installed.

Will try re-installing it.

How do i re-install it? As i just got and update popup before....
