I've worked a little on this project, did some brakes testing on some prototypes and have done some weights analysis on it too. It's a lovely car, pretty quick too. Acceleration is pretty effortless as it has sooo much torque from that big engine up front. The CX-16 prototype was sitting in reception of my building last week.... the coupe is better looking than the convertible, which makes it very good looking indeed.

Officially tested figures might differ to what's being banded about.

So will the official tested figures be slower than what it can actually do?

In this months EVO they have thes prices layed out side by side with a Boxter S column at one end (£45,384) and a 911 cab at the other end (£79,947).
Whack a few options on a Boxter S....

Trying to spec one up now and the Boxster S is hitting £57,000. Adding to the F-Type spec is making it stupid money.
