well i dont fancy chucking in an engine with say 80000 miles that could be 95% track miles for all i know so i would get new bottom end bearing in and everything pressure tested. I'd also want the head checked over and probably ported and polished as well as the plenum chamber being sorted.
If you buy one from matt he will only sell you a low miler 20k or so, regards to modding the block would be an idea to get used to the power before doing anything to it, then rebuilding it over a winter
