F7R head at F3R bottom

I have a F7R-engine from a Clio Williams but the bottom is wrecked and i´m wondering if it´s possible to fit this head onto the F3R bottom from Megane or Laguna.

It would be great because the F3R is easy to find and cheap. I´m thinking of putting this in my Clio 1.8 16V -91 but i´m not sure how to adapt the engine management system for greater displacement, does anybody know if the R-tuner chip from www.fastchip.nl could work?

Thought so because I couldn´t find any threads about it on the forum. Is the F3R the same engine as B20F in Volvo? I thought so before but then I read somewhere that the "F" in F3R stands for type of block.

Is the only alternative to find a bottom from a Willy or Megane 2.0 16V then?
