Fabric Protectant Needed

picking up my Fabia vRS today, and its seat are half white/cream

they are in very good condition and i want to keep it that way, ive already got some Carplan Nanomeric Fabric Seal which comes in an aerosol can, but is their anything better i should be looking to use ?

Id go for 303 fabric protectant, can get it in varying sizes from polished bliss

Tried this on mine and it stops the annoying water spots my grey fabric show up every time a drop of water hits them

the 303 is £13 on clean your car, for £14 i can get 2 Chemical Guys Fabric Guard

anyone used the CG ?

Bloke i work with has got one and he puts seat covers on all the time!! lol. and every couple of weeks gives them a once over with autoglym interior cleaner, and his seats look like new!!
