facelift...

i wanna give my car a facelift as i like the ph2 front.
just need to know where to start and how to do it
-lights
-wiring
-panels etc
any help would be appeciated

MOre work than its worth TBH

Wings, Bonnet, Bumpers, Lights, Grills etc.

Would work out very costly and cheaper to just change the car plus resale may be difficult as it will seem to some like its been in a front end smash

the main thing i want to know is will the panels just basically transplant and will the light just wire up to the ph1 headlight wires

No, you need the slam panel/full front panel aswell IIRC. All the brackets for holding the lights on are completely wrong aswell, would involve a lot of cutting and welding. G4Z was going to do it to his cup until he found out what a pain in the arse it would be to do.
