Factory Air Filter Removed, Fcuk me, looks ugly now!!

I've just put an induction kit on my 1.2 16v, took the factory air filter off, was wondering if there was anything I could buy just to set over the top of the engine, where the air filter used to sit, just looks really ugly now, can see the plug wires poking out etc.

Lol, duh! Just want sumet to sit over the top of it all, same sort of thing as the old filter would do, just some sort of panel? Any ideas anybody?
