I aqquired a fag burn in my new clio on the passenger seat went to Renault they wanted £250 squid just for the cover to be replaced not including fitting!!! I did the same in my saxo and it cost £120 to fit and buy the part this is ridiculous i could get both front seats retrimed in leather for that!!!!!!!

When i owned my R19 16V all those years ago (unfortunately i drove a 306 GTI-6 and bought it the same day ) i had a repair job done on the wing where someone caught it in the car park, the renault dealer (now no longer a renault dealer BTW) put some lovely burn holes in my front drivers seat and said that i must have done it whilst smoking (the fact that im a non-smoker comes into it here) so they had it heat repaired, you couldnt really tell it had been done but you could feel the difference in the material.
