FAILED M.O.T advice please

so iv just got back from the mot centre and it failed, it failed on 3 things

-parking brake efficiency below requirements

-(both) rear parking brake recordings little or no effort

-nearside front shock absorber has a serious fluid leak



what am I looking at price wise on parts? mainly the front shock (its currently on oe shocks and lowering springs)

also what could be wrong with the handbrake?? needs tightening?

Shocks about 50 squid a corner, Could be handbreak needs adjusting have a go!!

There is a handbrake adjustment in one of the brake changing guides IIRC.

If you need discs and pads, Renault Wolverhampton on ebay were the best price when I bought mine a couple of months ago, about £120ish for standard Renault parts inc. bearings already in discs.

yeah dont sound nothing to major. as said really tbh maybe take rear pads out an give them a clean up too

I got rear pads from EuroCarParts for £13.
