Ok whats this can for? Is it some kind of WD40??

Is it best to put this on them or maybe some say copper grease??

its for spaying on the threads afaik to stop them getting siezed up.....

thank god. i thought he was going to tell me of some major problem then lol

yeah its to spray on the threads. still havent done mine, i just use the power washer on them

i use white spray grease with PTFE 'cos it keeps out moisture and resists salt

Good job every now and then to take a wheel off at atime and clean out all the small stones and grit which can collect in between springs and spray with the can provided.

Do mine every 6 months and had them for 3 years with no problems.
