Following on from this quote. I wish to apologise for this. In fact, after all that, it wasnt even your company i had the problem with. :banghead:

I have in fact used i4detailing before, i bought a sample pot of supernatural from you. Not only did it arrive the next day, i also recieved a sample of gold class liquid wax, and some bubblegum .I have had no problem dealing with you what so ever and i regard you as one of the more swifter traders on here, and for this i want to say sorry.



My problem was with a different company, i bought 2 items, and got somehitng completely different. Liek i said before, same product but not what it looked like on the advert, the thing which irritated me most was the fact i didnt get what i bought. instead i got the product, and a shitty asda sprayer.

Just a quick one Matt. Can you confirm my order. I ordered some Dodo Juice Hard Candy Wax and some Dodo Juice Shampoo and an air freshener on Sunday night i think it was when the website was playing up a little, the paypal payment whas gone through ok, just checking that it is all ok at your end.

Yes got your order many thanks and its been shipped. To be honest you should of recieved it by now. I remember packing it because I chucked in something extra as you missed the discount code.

It was sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded post iirc, the tracking reference is back in the office.

Hopefully it will be there tomorrow, if not PM me and I'll get on the case first thing monday morning.
