What is the max speed you guys get in 3rd?

Im getting at indicated 150km/h @ 7000rpm

205/45 16" wheels on the car.

Im pretty sure theyre only supposed to reach about 139kph in 3rd which has me thinking my speedo is WAAY out

i have 195/45/16 and i get about 90mph in 3rd

I get about 90mph in third on the standards, but my GPS says 90 is actually about 85... and even up at !30 it was actually !25, so about 5 mph out consistently over the higher end of the range.

Lower down, i.e. 30mph on the speedo is actially about 28, so only a small discrepancy at lower speeds.

Agree with Vr6man. 90 ish 3rd, 120 ish 4th. 5th who knows - was too scared to go any faster for fear of being nicked!
