fao Slindborg - Doing away with dephaser + cam oilway pics

Heres the oilways you would have to block off before thinking about idle and that.

Theres a good few, dont even know what you'd use to fill them either

Its been done before by locking the pin inside, so has replacing the dephaser with an exhaust pulley (and seal) then just leaving the solenoid unplugged

aside from it being a nice pikey way to not have it fail... not saying mine has/will, but should the need arise and all that.
