FAO: Stubod!!

Alright mate!

Wondering if you can tell me how to remove the top and lower parts of my dash - (Mk2 1.6 16v) Im doing some colour coding and dont want to damage anything!!

Sorry mate, never removed the top of the dash (not yet needed too), I have taken parts off of it though to fit stereo+controls.
