that tosh is alright but do you really need 42" ??

could get the 37x3030d for that price thats 1080p too

I don't "need" a 42" TV but I'm just conscious that I might find the jump from 32" to 37" isn't that great and then regret not going for the 42" version.

I doubt I'll get a BR/HD-DVD player and it'll mainly be used with SKY HD which outputs at 1080i anyway so will I really need, or want, a 1080P TV?

What about that one? Thats what im going for a in couple of weeks.

Its not 1080 thingy, but I read that doesnt make that much difference? 3 HDMI ports too.

It gets raved about on the AV forums too.

I've always looked at the resolution of Plasma's and immediately been put off. Whether that's me being naive, or stupid, I don't know.

I thought at that size you're better with Plasma? Im probably wrong but Im sure id read that somewhere.

Theres various codes going around for Currys etc, so might get whichever TV you choose a bit cheaper that way. Drop me a PM if you cant find them.

tbh its all down to personal choice plasmas look good with some stuff but suffer with others and vica versa rouble is not one technology is perfect :(

The more I think about it I think anything over 37" may look way too big for the room. Where can I get the 37x from for the same price?
