Didn't know which section to post in as I'm asking about two things, hope that's okay...

So I'm about to apply my first proper mod to my Clio, I'm deciding between an induction kit and lowering. If I were to go for the induction kit, what's the best, most powerful one to get? Read a few threads on here regarding them and apparently I lot of people weren't getting good results? Just imagen that money was no object... I'm sure I'm better of with a kit rather than just a panel filter?

If I was to go for suspension, whats the lowest I could go? Not including airbags! I'd be looking to spend around £500 max on coilovers, but only if they got me a lot lower than springs, as I wouldn't mind the ride springs give me for the time being.

To sum up...

Most powerful induction kit? = _____
Lowest suspension setup I can get? = _____

  RB 200 Cup!
maxogen seems to be the best induction kit - fecking expensive tho something over 300 quid!

check on here for coilys - several people from time to time sell there nearly new ones for much less than brand new

You will not get much power from an induction kit unless the car is remapped to it. But then if your going to fork out on a remap then there are other things that should be done also.

If you have £500 then I would suggest matched inlets, uprated airbox feeds, decat and a remap. If your after a power hike.

Otherwise suspension is always a good place to start but I dont know if £500 is enough for coilovers

Okay cheers I've heard that induction kit mentioned a few times...

What's the lowest I can go though? Is 60mm avaliable? Think I've seen at least 50mm kits around, I'm just asking because for instance on Corsasport somone makes 100mm kits :quiet:
