Fastest 2.0 clio 172Ph1 - Clio 200

Comparing the 172 Ph1 right through to the 200, which is the fastest and most agile clio stock setup?

Does anyone have the weights for all the range?

Round a track most people would probably say the Trophy.

In a straight line it would probably be all down to who gets the best gearchange.

On paper the Cups supposed to be the quickest to 60mph @ 6.7, this the lightest of the clio range

However, with every magazine having conflicting results as expected no one can trully say due to an aray of factors...

+ Is it a stong engine
+ How many miles are on it
+ What tyres are on it
+ Driver ability

There are so many factors involved its hard to say. Evo mag tested the Phase 1 and found it had a 0-60 of 6.6 which i neither here nor there but there you go

And btw, a can of worms has been opened

Apparently 7.0s to 60.

imo its a pointless edition, should have been turbo/super charged with an lsd, everyone else is doing it, time Renault should follow suit

I'll test drive a 200 and decide from there. I know the R27 feels like it would sodomise my 172 through the corners but doesn't feel very brutal in a straight line.

Driving position is probaly a bit better, 172/182 is like sitting in a hammock lol

I wouldn't be worried to be honest they will all paste almost everything with the right driver.
