Faulty Headlight!

My left headlight seems to be faulty
When changin the settings for how high they are when on dipped beam, only the right headlight goes up and down, the left doesnt move, and is stuck on the highest setting!

Checked the fuses and they all ok, anyone got any idea how to fix it? or is a renault job?

how does the beam pattern look is it at the floor if so the adjuster is broken or popped out need to check this or take it out get someone to operate the switch and u can watch to c if it moves.
