degrees in Kelvin, its the temperature given to reference the different shades of white light. All u have to do is change the bulb it is the same as changing a normal bulb but try not to touch the glass.
Another little pointer i can add - If your bulbs are still working, but different colours, put your hand on the plastic lens cover after the lights have been on for a while. If you have one lens that is much hotter than the other, this is a potential knackered ballast unit. I had this on the Accord. The ballast was faulty, and was sending too much voltage to the bulb, causing it to get hotter, and give off a different colour. It starts to melt the headlight too........not good when they are £500 each
