No worries mate, id say PM him but hes not got net atm. I know the rear is sitting on Jords coustom spring but not a clue bout the front....

As for the Lamps he has not a scooby id guess prob 7/8Ks......Spacers wise hes got 30mm on fonr and rear, im tempted to swap him my 25s though.
