does a KnN actually give you 30bhp gain? As I have been told that and changing my leather seats to light weigh tfoam ones reduces weight. Any views please?

stickin a K & N on your car will NOT give you 30 bhp extra - who told you that ? A number of minor mods may add up to that increase ie - filter, cam, gas flowed head with polished ports and an exhaust. Dont even bother changing your seats dude. A combination of extreme removals like all your carpets , door panels, f & r seats and any unescessary weight may slightly improve your acceleration times - it aint worth it.
