Finally cleaned with some new shoes!

So the cars been used for work and going to uni and hasn't been cleaned since the last norfbest meet which quite some time ago.

Even thought the weather is still bad, it got chance to clean it this week. However I still had problems as my car seems to have developed a case of "will steam the windows up when ever it likes".

Anyway some pics:

Noticed some lacquer is peeling from my roof:

Got sick of taking pictures as light was fading fast and was cold

I've been thinking for the past 3/4months to what colour to do my current wheels in and them some came up for sale from a mate at a bargain price and could refuse to buy them. So bought them and got them refurbished. I just hoped I had chosen the right colour.

Went in to collect them and get them fitted today. Set of Renault Speedline Turbines, fresh from powder coating in Gloss White.

I LOVE them.

Yeah, they are very marmite wheels. Lots of people say they dont suit the mk2's as well.

Thanks, Like i said, I've played with photoshop after photoshop with different colours and I've always wanted a white set so I bit the bullet.

It sure is. Quite a rare colour on non-sports.

Think im going to get a 172 bumper for it now anyway.

Not a huge fan of turbines but they do look good on your car. Red + white contrast is nice.
Go for a 172 bumper will look sweet.

Btw, does anybody know of any caps that can be used to cover the ends of the axels, I dont mind the wheel nuts but the centre looks a bit gash. Would some turini caps fit?

It has, but I do think if its just the standard bumper cc'd it would look pants compared to a 172 bumper.

that one was an old one. use if for non-painted items, such as wheel arch lips, tyres, plastic trims inside. the New one is on the floor in the packaging. packaging being the key point.
