Afternoon all
I've got a dead desktop... was running Linux and I hate it!
Why I hate it...
- No support for Apple Devices
- No support for GoPro footage
- it's just a pain in the arse with terminal
What I'm looking for...
- video editing capabilities
- support for GoPro & Apple products
- something fast
- something that'll last 5-6 years without the need for updating loads of parts
What I use my computer for
- Photo/Video Editing (nothing major, just for YouTube videos)
- Mainly used for browsing
- Uploading tonnes of pictures to Hard Drives and Photobucket etc.
- Uploading to YouTube
- Apple device backups
I'd say the budget is around £500-£600... without searching massively I reckon that's a fair budget..
I'd love an Apple Device but they're just way too much money. For the right speck even a MacMini is ridiculously priced.
throw loads of ideas out at me... It's all educational.
Thanks in advance
