Finding it hard to put into gear ???

Hi, sometimes when i go to change gear it seems hard to put it into gear :S but then goes back to normal, when i change gear after ???
Just wanted to know if anyone has had this problem or is it just normal ??

i sometimes find it hard to put it into first gear mate, this is only when the gearbox is cold, cause of it maybe?

Tried changing the oil?

check gear box oil. Before you set off in the morning let the engine idle for a few seconds and move the gear lever side to side to distribute oil around the box.
