Finding out someone’s insurer

Is there any way to find out who a car is insured with?

Dunno if it would require someone who works for an insurance company.

Theres a car round my way with all sorts of mods and I know for a fact that they arent declared.

Ordinarily Id just stay out of this sort of thing but Im itching to grass this guy up.

Hes caused all sorts of bother in the area and Id like to see him get some comeuppance.
